Product questions

Fitment, OEM vs aftermarket, part numbers, and catalog questions.

Use our Year/Make/Model search on any product page — enter your truck’s year, make (Hino, Isuzu ….), and model to filter parts confirmed to fit your vehicle. If you’re unsure, contact us with your VIN and we’ll verify compatibility before you order.
Yes — both. OEM parts are sourced directly from the manufacturer and carry the original warranty. Aftermarket parts are thoroughly vetted for quality and fitment.
Yes — you can search by OEM part number, aftermarket part number, or interchange number on our site. If a cross-reference isn’t showing up, call us and our team can manually look it up.

Ordering & website

Accounts, checkout, payments, shipping, and returns.

Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
GTA orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Orders to other Canadian provinces generally take 3–7 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

General questions

Wholesale accounts, fleet orders, support, and everything else.

Our online catalog is growing but doesn’t cover everything we have access to. If you don’t see what you need, contact us with your vehicle info and part description — we can source it through our supplier network.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on unused, uninstalled parts in original packaging. Electrical components and special-order items are non-returnable. Please contact us before sending anything back to get a return authorization.
